Understand the different styles
We currently offer three different shapes / styles of insoles, meant to fit different shoe and activity types:
- Regular: Our all-purpose, full-length insole designed for sneakers, work boots. Recommended for most shoes.
- Sport: Full-length insole that is ideal for cleats, ski-boots, running shoes and other shoes with a narrower profile.
- 3/4 Length: Is our shorter insole providing the same support, but ideal for loafers, business shoes or other low-volume shoes.

How to choose densities
Picking the right density is typically based on your preferences and level of support needed.
- Soft: Ideal for sensitive feet. If you have tried insoles before and struggled with finding comfort in the added arch supports, select this density.
- Medium (Recommended): A great balance of support and forming to your feet. Suggested for first-time wearers.
- Hard: Our firmest density, ideal for those wanting the most support. Also recommended for our heavier customers.
Shipping & Returns
Once your order is processed and scanned are completed on our iOS app, we will start printing your insoles.
Orders are shipped 3-5 days. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will help make it right or refund your order.

How do I order AndBounds insoles?
Since our footbeds are tailor-made to you, we need your foot scans before crafting your insoles. All you need to do is download the AndBounds app, create your account, then scan your feet.
From there, you can order your insoles and our orthopedic technicians will finalize your designs and 3D print your insoles.

everything possible to get your fit right. If you're having issues with
your order, contact us and we'll help you redesign and reprint your order at no extra charge.
